In The Beginning....

This guild began several years ago with a small group of friends that, at the time, was primarily focused on World of Warcraft. We were involved with other guilds across the realm dating all the way back to Hyjal, Black Temple, and Sunwell when we got the idea to start a guild of our own; something we felt would be truly unique. In a nutshell - we wanted to be that guild that did everything and took part in all aspects that the game offered - leveling, alts, PvP, raiding, world events, social events. If it was offered in the World. . .  of Warcraft. . . we wanted our name to be invovled. Our primary focus, however, was undoubtedly raiding; we were driven to push content while it was relevant and see it cleared before the next tier of content was released.

Throughout the struggles of creating a new guild we were able to successfully clear content and continued growing. We were enjoying taking on Heroics, collecting loots, and going about our business. Icecrown Citadel was released and we were extremely anxious to take on Arthas. ICC came and, well, stayed. For a long time, it stayed. This drawn out time period burnt several of our raiders out; long story short our continued success and growth not only seen it's peak but it started to take steps backwards. We took this time to look into other titles and pass the time by playing other games. Finally, Mists of Pandaria was announced and we hoped to step foot into Tier 11: Blastion of Twilight and Blackwing Descent. Unfortunately, however, "Panda land" was hard to sell to some of our returning raiders and it was almost back to square one - finding those raiders who were eager to push content. While our success in Tier 10 was proven, we struggled with reviving the guild's firm roster and met a hard, uphill battle while clearing the new content. The team changed quite a bit throughout all of Mists of Pandaria however we were able to complete most tiers including killing, erm, knocking out Garrosh at the end.

In The Present....

Today, we are known as "Hand of Fate". We are taking on new challenges and continue to look for those raiders that strive to push current content while it's relevant. While we continue to look into pushing raiding, we take great pride in the people that make up this guild. We have strong and unique individuals who have been here for years and we're always looking to find new and talented players to bring into our family. If you're looking for a community of players that mostly get along, helps each other out when we can, and enjoys gaming along the way then let me encourage you to consider joining Hand of Fate.
